Shannon leads the North America Customer Experience Sales practice at Oracle, supporting organizations with up to $2B in revenue. Shannon is responsible for driving growth, hiring top talent, and building relationships with clients to ensure customer success. Shannon has been in technology for 15+ years, working at Mercury Interactive, HP, and Salesforce prior to joining Oracle in 2021. She is also a member of Chief, an Executive Sponsor of OWL (Oracle Women's Leadership) at Oracle, and now a member of the CWP Board! Shannon spent 20+ years in California but settled in Rye a few years ago with her husband and two kids who attend public school. They also just welcomed a baby girl last summer. Shannon fell in love with reading and writing poetry in high school which helped unlock her creativity and became a bond she shared with her mother. Shannon felt connected to CWP as soon as she stepped into a classroom and knows creativity in school can be a game-changer for children.
