CWP is providing programs at this school with the support of The New York Community Trust and in collaboration with Zone 126. Mr. Barone’s 6th graders were introduced to the world of theatre and playwriting. The students were asked to brainstorm pop icons today and create freeze frames that depicted various events from the Republican debate to pop singer’s mid-concert. The students are excited to create a play that parodies various pop culture elements of the world around them.
